At Cogneto One, each piece of our apparel is a work of art, engineered with architectural precision. To maintain the integrity of our collections and ensure a seamless global operation, please review our dispatch, delivery, and resolution protocols below.

GLOBAL DISPATCH PROTOCOLS

Global Reach

Cogneto One operates on a global scale. We proudly ship our collections worldwide, ensuring our neuro-aesthetic garments can reach you regardless of your geographic location.

Delivery Timeframes

Due to the complex printing processes and specialized logistics required to transport our pieces globally, our standard delivery window is between 5 to 20 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Processing: Please allow standard processing time for your order to be prepared within the atelier before dispatch.

  • Transit Variability: The exact delivery timeline within the 5–20 day window will depend on your specific country, local customs processing, and regional courier routes.

  • Note: Business days do not include weekends or international public holidays.

STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY & RETURNS

As each piece of our apparel is a work of art, Cogneto One operates a strict returns policy to protect the vision and integrity of our collections. We strictly only accept returns for items that exhibit a manufacturing defect or structural damage upon arrival. We do not accept returns for "change of mind" or buyer's remorse.

The 14-Day Window

If you receive a defective garment, you must initiate a resolution claim within 14 days of the delivery date. Claims made outside of this strict 14-day window will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Claim:

  1. Contact our support team at contact@cogneto.one within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your Order Number in the subject line.

  3. Provide a clear description of the defect, accompanied by high-quality photographic evidence of the structural damage.

  4. Our atelier team will review the claim. If authorized, we will provide you with specific instructions on how to return the defective piece for a replacement or a full refund.

DISCRETIONARY EXCHANGES

Atelier Discretion

We understand that achieving the perfect architectural fit is vital. However, because our collections are highly specialized and each piece of our apparel is a work of art, all exchange requests are granted entirely at the discretion of the Cogneto One team and are subject to immediate inventory availability.

  • If you require a different size, you must request an exchange within the same 14-day window of receiving your item.

  • If an exchange is authorized by our team, the original garment must be returned in pristine, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging fully intact.

  • If the garment shows any signs of wear, sensory friction, or damage (such as makeup stains, odours, or stretching), the exchange will be immediately rejected and the item returned to you.

  • Please note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with a discretionary exchange unless the exchange is due to an error by the atelier.
